On October 7th, the Chicago Region’s Raelian community will celebrate Rael’s second encounter with the Elohim.
The event will take place at the El Paseo Community Garden in Pilsen.

The event also represents one of four (4) opportunities for interested individuals to join our revolutionary Movement during a calendar year by participating in theTransmission of their Cellular Plan (TCP).
