Hello Friends,
August 6th is the beginning of the Raelian New Year. This year marks the 77th year since the explosion of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima. To commemorate this occasion, several mini-Happiness Academies have been planned to take place at various locations around the country. In the Midwest, a two-day event has been planned for Warren, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. Even if you are not free to attend the weekend event, you are welcome to join us during the Transmission of the Cellular plan ceremony (TCP) either as an observer or as a participant. We will welcome you with open arms. The TCP ceremony will start at 2 PM on Saturday and will take place at Lake St. Clair Metro Park.
Parking is available at the park. A ten-dollar fee ($10) is applied to each vehicle for parking privileges.
