On October 7th, the Raelian community in Omaha, Nebraska will celebrate Rael’s second encounter with the Elohim. October 7th also represents one of four (4) opportunities during a calendar year for interested individuals to join our revolutionary Movement by participating in the Transmission of their Cellular Plan (TCP).
