Summer is here Yay!!
You are invited to join us for an afternoon of fun together while munching on yummy delights, tickling our brains cells with stimulating conversations, meditating, laughing and feed of each other’s lovely company.
If you are new to meditation practices, it will be our pleasure to introduce you to Sensual Meditation techniques.
These techniques were taught by Maitreya Rael and are meant to increase the awareness of our senses, allowing us in turn to experience all the pleasures life has to offer :-)))
