If you feel a bit overwhelmed with stress, having too much to do and aren’t quite able to get your mind to slow down, like many people in this fast paste world, here’s a tip for you .. make a conscious STOP !
In fact, the busier people get, the more they need to STOP and take time to self-care.
How can we do this?
When our brain is on overdrive, so is our body because the brain signals the body and as a result, our entire system is being overstimulated which can lead to an array of health issues.
The key is to practice MINDFULNESS by silencing the mind until NOTHINGNESS takes a hold of us and only then, are we able to really experience a state of BLISS by being in the PRESENT MOMENT.
If you are longing for more BALANCE, LOVE, HAPPINESS, PEACE and CONTENTMENT, going inward is the only way one may produce these precious states of being as no “external stimuli” can do so.
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION is how one can achieve that.
This practice will just be the thing on our “menu of goodies” to try and explore on our next time TOGETHER :-))
