Spring is here .. YAY :-))

Spring is synonymous with renewal and metamorphosis yet this is not just a seasonal thing as transformation happens all the time around us but also within ourselves, we may or may not be conscious of it. MEDITATION allows us to not only feel deeply connected with self, all things nature, other humans and the Universe, it also deepens our awareness of this neverending evolution of ours, the blossoming of our being and the beauty of changes. 

Feel free to join us for an afternoon at a park to celebrate each and everyone’s metamorphosis as we’ll meditate under the trees and soak up nature while diving deep into philosophical discussions.
