An Embassy for Extraterrestrials

There is a project to build an Embassy for extraterrestrials who have been observing humanity. A lecture will present an update in regards to this project as well as to explain who these extraterrestrials are. The source of this information comes from a face-to-face contact that these extraterrestrials had with a Frenchman in 1973. A non-profit organization was created to reveal to the world the message from this very advanced extraterrestrial civilization that has mastered the technology of eternal life and genetic engineering.
